Scientific committees accept the CA method contribution on sport psychology conferences

It is assumed that two orientations, ego and task, depict the ways in which a person defines and experiences success and failure and evaluates personal competence. On the World Congress ISSP 2017 we will present and speak about: ‘Goal orientation and mental resilience in elite sport’. Mental resilience is defined as personal capacity to sustain cognitive self-control and overcome stress during competition. The CA method measures mental resilience during the competition by exploring an objective sense of pain, effort, fear, injury, readiness for competition & training, ability to take a risk during the match and the reliance on habits, in sports context.

In Rennes we will talk about the Psychological Assessment of Mental Resilience in Soccer: The Colour Association Method” at the World Conference on Science and Soccer.

Last, but not least, we will introduce the CA Method on the 14th European Conference on Psychological Assessment with the topic: ‘New methods in sports psychology assessment: the colour association method“.

We are proud that we can be part of a group of innovative methods which will be presented there. Come and see us at the conferences and do not hesitate to speak with us about possibilities of how to use SportMind and the CA method in your area of interest.
