“Coaching is effective and direct” German mental coach uses SportMind

Dr. Michael Ullmann has been working as a mental coach for 15 years. His specialization lies in the field of Sports and HR and he mostly operates on the German market. There are many types of diagnostics in Germany, however, Michael finds SportMind as a very innovative and accurate tool.

“I can work more effectively because I know the mental state of athletes very quickly and I can immediately start with effective coaching” says Michael.

Joint work has started in 2016 in Mannheim where Michael had worked for a long time in JungAdler Mannheim. That time he had started to use SportMind, the diagnostic tool useful for his work. In these days Michael has started to apply SportMind in the German National team in Ice Hockey.
